school's officially over for this semester. what's left is just the finals. but it ended off great with the catered lunch today. sometimes saying that you're from nuS biz just get you silence stares, frowns or "oohs" at career fairs. but times like today, i know i chose the right school and program.
the other day, i heard an extremely interesting argument explaining how IFRS 39 was the reason behind the meltdown of the world economy in 2008. HAHA. how amazing is this.
discrimination against foreign workers. more specifically those from china and india. another reason why i'm not proud at all to be from this place. seriously. reading it makes me feel rather disgusted. i don't understand the negative attitudes. most people here were outsiders just a few generations ago. all just like them now. if the ancestors then were given the chance to settle here, why can't we give the people a chance to prove themselves. it's a fair game where the fittest survives. period.
