so its Chinese New Year. and i hate this time of the year. only because i can't spend it with everybody back in hk. CNY is a time of reunion. and we're all alone here. i hate it when my parents always try to find something to do. it just makes me feel even more out of place.
maybe that's why i cannot understand why so many people make a big fuss about having to visit relatives who they hardly even know. not forgetting having to answer those qns relatives ask every single year.
at least you still have people who care for you. and you get to go visiting. take a break from the hectic life of yours and find out what's the latest gossip or news in your family. to me, family means the most to me caz i know they're the ones who truly want the best for me no matter how much i may hate their decisions and nosiness. and all i wish for was more time to be spent with them. my aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. i miss them so so much.
